Products and handcrafted variation

Our products are handcrafted decorative items. Because each piece is made by hand, minor variations in colour, texture, knotting, finish and dimensions occur between pieces and against product photography. These are inherent to handmade goods and are not defects. Stated dimensions are approximate; colours may vary slightly with screen settings.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel or refuse an order — with a full refund of any payment — in cases of stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or non-serviceable pincodes. We'll tell you if this happens.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. Struck-through "compare at" prices are our regular listed price. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by our payment partners. Cash on Delivery is available subject to our Shipping Policy. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll offer the correct price or a full refund.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy — both form part of these terms. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch; after dispatch, the returns process applies.

Product use and safety

Our products are decorative items, not toys. Pieces with small or fragile parts should be kept away from young children and pets. Tealight and candle holders must be used with standard tealights on stable, heat-safe surfaces, and flames must never be left unattended. Decorative items aren't rated to bear weight unless the product page says so.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — product designs, photographs, text, the JH Gallery name and logo — belongs to Parv Decor Box Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no interfering with its operation, no scraping or bulk extraction, no fraudulent orders.

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display them on our store and social channels with attribution. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or fake.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law, disputes and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India; subject to applicable consumer-protection law, courts at Merta City, Nagaur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; an order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
