What we collect

• Information you give us: name, delivery and billing address, phone number and email — at checkout, when you create an account, subscribe, or contact us.
• Order information: what you bought, payment method and transaction status. We never see or store your full card, UPI or netbanking details — payments are handled by our payment partners PayU/Razorpay on their secure systems.
• Technical information: device, browser and browsing data collected through cookies, used to keep the store working and understand how it's used.
• Marketing preferences: your newsletter subscription and, if you opt in, consent to receive order updates and offers on WhatsApp.

How we use it

To process, pack and deliver your orders; to send order and delivery updates; to answer your questions; to send offers you've opted into (unsubscribe anytime — reply STOP on WhatsApp or use the email link); to improve the store; and to prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only what's needed, only to run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment partners, courier and logistics partners (name, address and phone, for delivery), and the tools that send your order emails and messages. We may disclose information if required by law or a lawful government request.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart working, remember your preferences and help us measure how the store performs. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features (like the cart) may not work without them.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as required by Indian tax and company law. Account details stay while your account is active. Marketing preferences stay until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw marketing consent, or raise a grievance. We respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as its provisions come into force.

Children

The store is intended for purchasers aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
