How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days. Remote pincodes and festive peaks may take a little longer.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once it ships, or use our Track Order page.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, if the order hasn't been dispatched — WhatsApp us your order number.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet — write to us and we'll see what we can do.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
7-day free returns from delivery — unused, in original packaging, with free reverse pickup. Full details on our Returns page.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Send photos or an unboxing video within 7 days on WhatsApp; we'll replace it or refund you — your choice, free.
When will I get my refund?
Within 7 business days of the return reaching us — to the original payment method, or by UPI/bank transfer for COD orders.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, before dispatch, for a full refund.

Are your products really handmade?
Yes — every piece is handcrafted, which is why small variations exist between pieces. That's the signature of handwork, not a flaw.
Will it look exactly like the photos?
Very close. Minor colour and finish differences make yours one of a kind.
Are the macramé and crochet pieces machine-made?
No — hand-knotted and hand-crocheted from cord and yarn.
How do I care for my piece?
Keep it dry, dust with a soft cloth, and avoid long hours of direct sunlight. Tealight holders: wipe once cool.
Are the products safe around kids?
They're décor, not toys — keep pieces with small or fragile parts out of children's reach.

Can you deliver straight to the person I'm gifting?
