Track your order
Your handcrafted piece is on its way. Here's how to see exactly where it is.
Option 1 — Tracking link
When your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. Tap it anytime for live courier updates.
Option 2 — Order status page
Open the order confirmation email and click View your order to see dispatch and delivery progress. If you have an account with us, every order and its tracking number is on your Orders page.
Option 3 — Ask us
WhatsApp +91 91166 58770 with your order number (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–7 PM) and we'll check for you.
Good to know
- Orders dispatch within 48 hours and usually deliver in 3–7 business days.
- Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan after dispatch — that's normal.
- Festive season? Add a day or two, and order early for Diwali.
- Didn't receive a tracking link? Check spam, then message us.
