Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order, everywhere in India. No minimum order value, no delivery fee at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

How long delivery takes

Most orders reach you within 3–7 business days of ordering. Metro cities and major towns are usually at the faster end; remote pincodes can take a little longer. During festive peaks (the weeks before Diwali), add a day or two — we'll tell you at checkout if timelines change.

Dispatch

Almost every piece we sell is handcrafted and every order is packed by hand. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation (business days). Handcrafted items get extra protective packing — it sometimes adds a few hours, and we think a piece arriving safely is worth it.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across India at no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready — courier partners may not carry change. Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) are processed by our secure payment partner.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. You can also track any order on our Track Order page, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 91166 58770 with your order number.

Changing your address

Need to change the delivery address? WhatsApp or email us before dispatch and we'll update it. Once a parcel is with the courier, the address can't be changed.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete, no one was available, or the COD amount wasn't ready after 2 attempts, the order comes back to us. We'll contact you to reship it, with reship charges for COD orders.

International orders

We deliver within India only for now. For orders outside India, write to [email protected] — we'll help wherever we can.
